Here are the policies regarding the mechanic garage on work done under warranty or out of warranty:
General procedures
- Work is done by appointment to reduce your wait time. Please call in advance when you need your car serviced or repaired, Emergencies will be considered.
- Be prepared to leave the car and make arrangements to have someone pick you up. We cannot repair while you wait.
- Sorry, we do not furnish loaner cars.
- We do not deliver or pick up cars. If your car is being serviced or repaired make arrangements to pick it up when ready. See warranty.
Warranty work
- We will perform only work described in the Warranty Disclosure. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
- In order to perform warranty work you must be current with your car payments. If you are past due you have to get authorization from the management.
Out-of-Warranty Work
- 30% down or more is required on all out-of-warranty work.
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule on the contract to be paid off in 6 months or before the car is paid off.
- Car payments must be current.
- Repairs must be approved by management.
- Must sign a financial agreement.
